I Have Been Where You Are
I personally went through foreclosure. When I reached out to local government agencies for guidance, I found people with titles who handed me forms and redirected me elsewhere. No one who could actually do the work. No one who understood that there is a sense of urgency to this that no one else seems to match.
That experience shaped everything. I learned that no one else's sense of urgency is the same as your own. This work — whether it is a distressed seller trying to avoid foreclosure or a landlord navigating a difficult tenant — requires hands-on, continuous, consistent effort. There is no room for delays or mistakes.
